Please mark your calendars for our April 19 Chamber meeting. This will be at Glenburn Home at noon and we have a speaker from Midland Institute talking about their CEO program. We want to encourage all members to join us and hear this important presentation.
We have also secured our speaker for the May 17 meeting. Glenda Ritz, Superintendent of Public Instruction for the State of Indiana will be our speaker in May. As a reminder, our meetings are open to all Chamber members and their guests.
Join us in welcoming two new Chamber members. The first is Greene County Health, Inc., located at 1210 N. 1000W in Linton. They offer health care/medical offices with six locations in Greene County. Visit their website at www.gc.health.org or their Facebook page to find a clinic near you.
Our second member is Prairie Built of Linton, located on Highway 54. Operated by Ed Guthrie, they offer a wide variety of wood barns for storage or small cabin use. Stop by and view that wide variety of barns available.

We want your junk .... OK, items you no longer have a use for. The Linton city wide yard sales are Saturday, May 21 Once again the Chamber will be hosting at booth at State Farm Insurance, Tracy D. Keen's office. If you have items you would like to donate to our yard sale, please feel free to drop them off at the Chamber office or Tracy's office.

Greene County Relay for Life is in full swing. They will be meeting March 10, from 6 to 8 p.m. at White River Valley High School. If you would like to put together a team, consider sponsoring the event, please feel free to join them on March 10. Greene County General Hospital is offering yoga classes every Wednesday at 5:15 p.m. Classes are in the conference room on the ground floor. Please bring your own mat. While recommended you contribute $5 per class, it is not required. For more information contact Amy at 812-847-5223.
Glenburn Community Center will be on the road again on April 21 a trip to Petersburg, Ky. is planned for a visit to the Creation Museum and May 19 a day trip to Bardstown, KY is on the calendar. For more information contact Deena at 812-847-3509.

Linton Moose Lodge is now serving hamburgers and fries every Wednesday evening beginning 2 p.m.; cost is $5.
