Must Have Been The Cookies

Yep. I admit it. I broke down and made some no-bakes. And they were good. I noticed the effect on the scale this past week too.

Last week, as a group we have lost a total of 38.2 pounds. Great job everybody.

As for me, this past week I lost another 1.4 pounds. So far I have lost 17.6 pounds total and now weigh 305.8. How are you doing with your diet?

I lost 2 lbs this week, for a total of 4 since restarting. Keep plugging on.

I weighed in on tuesday but forgot to come post it. I lost 2 lbs so I'm back to where I started at.

I lost 4.6 pounds last week, bringing my total to 19 pounds lost. My current weight is 221 pounds.

I lost over 3 pounds this week bringing my total weight loss to 17 pounds over the past 4 weeks. Which means exactly 25 pounds left until my first goal to bring my weight to 241.
