That's better.
I lost another 1.8 pounds this past week. I now weigh 298 pounds. I have lost a total of 25.4 pounds. I received a chain email last week about the Chinese and Japanese drinking hot tea with their dinner, and doing so reduces ones chances for a heart attack. That got me thinking about the benefits of drinking hot tea. Among them, tea is calorie free, and it increases your metabolism. way to go matt!!! i have not been dieting for the most part just trying to chenge my eating habbits... it has taken a long time but i have lost about 25 lbs. since this past summer.. i would like to lose about another 10...:) and thanks for all the information on tea i had no idea... i drink a lot of tea it is my drink of choice but i also enjoy my morning coffee.... its just nice to know that i can drink tea and not feel so guilty about it...
