  • Some may think bald is not beautiful, they may be right. But being bald does have it's advantages. 1. we use less shampoo 2. we stimulate the economy by buying a lot of hats 3. on a sunny day we are easy to spot in a crowd. Besides we ad diversity to the general, social, and physical population.

  • Being bald, I definitely know the ups and downs associated.

That being said, the only thing worse than being bald, is those who are, trying to pretend they are not. Once it starts going don't try to cover it up. Everyone knows. You cannot hide it, no matter what you tell yourself. I once had a good friend who made every attempt possible to make 30 square inches of hair, cover 100 and one of the funniest things I ever saw was a 6'6" 325 pound ex football player looking like Foghorn Leghorn or the sail from the "Stars and Stripes" sticking straight in the air after catching a large gust and him not realizing it.

I knew then, that this would not be me.

Once I realized how futile it was to try to chase a BAD haircut by combing it this way or that, I made the decision to to cut it short. It was the best decision I ever made.

I see it differently. Who cares if it isn't beautiful? What man wants to be beautiful anyway. Being Bald is distinctive of a MAN.

Knowing you are and trying to hide it with a flap or a swirl is not.
