  • The boys keg was created in the 52-53 school year.

    If you can obtain a copy of the 1953 Analecta (Switz City HS year book) you will find a picture of the keg on pgs 46 & 47 also on page 68 is a picture of me with the keg as it was on display in the first floor hallway at Switz City HS in 1953.

  • I played for the Lady Miners in 1978-1981 and we never saw the keg. I'm sure it lived in Bloomfield as they dominated girls' basketball during this time!

  • Shakamak has the keg now. It is sitting on the scorer's bench in the picture of Shakamak beating Bloomfield.
