The Indiana Chamber of Commerce has recently published some state-wide maps with interesting county-by-county data, regarding educational levels of the current and available Hoosier workforce. Below you'll find links to these county-county maps for the State of Indiana:

Your response is not exactly a surprise with the postname "My Man Mitch".
Per moenia urbis, perhaps an adjustment in thinking: Greene County is ripe for entrepreneurial development and limitless opportunities. Try thinking of the "problems" as opportunities to make things better.
After looking at the graphs, it's tough to justify so many small schools in Greene County.
I'm still trying to deduce whether or not the colors have any correlation to the values presented. They should have used some sort of gradations in colors instead.
I think, from what I can tell, Greene County (among a few others) sucks.
