Please send your Mom a special wish right here; Mother's Day is Sunday

Posted Tuesday, May 6, 2008, at 2:52 PM

Sunday is Mother's Day and it's the day when we give thanks and heartfelt homage to our wonderful mothers.

Mother's Day is a time of remembrance and celebration for Mom.

It is a time when we ought to provide our Moms and the Moms in our families with breakfast in bed, plenty of family time, and leave crayon scribbled "I Love You's."

Mom's aren't necessarily our own mothers. Our wives, sisters and friends are mothers also deserve special attention on Mothers' Day.

I know Mother's Day is always a day when I really miss my Mom, who is passed on and is now in a better place.

No words can describe the thanks and gratitude I have for what she did for me and my family during her days with us.

She is missed, but never forgotten.

It would be wonderful if our readers would leave their Mother a special message on this website. Just leave a comment at the end of this blog.

Please share your thoughts. I'm sure they will make all our Moms smile on their special day.

Mom:

You will always be in my thoughts and prayers. You are the strongest person I ever knew. You taught me so many life lessons by watching you. You are the reason for any success I have enjoyed in my life. You are sadly missed every day. May God grant you peace.

A son who is proud to call you my Mom.
