CHANGE OF BID DATE Notice is hereby given, that Serving On the Streets, Inc. by and through its Board of Directors, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, have changed the bid submission date from May 28th, 2013 to May 30th, 2013. On May 30th, 2013, the Owner will receive sealed bids for "Serving On the Streets Community Center Improvements Project" project which will consist of the following: The existing facility is a vacant basketball arena. The structure has been vacant for many years. The proposed use of the facility is for a Community Center. There will be offices, classrooms, and the gymnasium will be utilized as a play area and meeting space. New work includes HVAC, lighting, power, plumbing fixtures and architectural finishes. The building is located at 202 N. Washington Street in Brazil, IN. Sealed bids must be received by the Serving On the Streets, Inc. no later than 10:00 A.M. (Local Time) on May 30, 2013. Bids received after such hour will be returned unopened. Bids received prior to this time shall be opened and publicly read at the public meeting scheduled to take place on May 30, 2013 at 10:00 A. M. at the Serving On the Streets facility located at 100 N Forest Avenue in Brazil, Indiana. All interested citizens are invited to attend and should any citizens require special provisions, such as handicapped modifications or non-English translation personnel, the Serving On the Streets Board will provide such provisions as long as the request is made by May 29, 2013.
