Dugger Coal Festival Baby Contest draws a crowd

Some of Dugger's youngest residents got a chance to show off Thursday evening during the Coal Festival's annual baby contest. Drawing applause and cheers from the crowd, the toddlers and tots were one of the festival's biggest hits, despite their small size.
