The annual Dugger Coal Festival/Homecoming Parade was staged Saturday morning on a picture-perfect day in downtown Dugger.

The start of the Dugger Coal Festival Parade with the large U.S. Flag over the top of the entrance to the downtown area. The flags were hoisted in the air by aerial trucks from the Linton and Jasonville fire departments.
