'Where the beauty of art and nature collide" and established in 2002, the Sculpture Trails Outdoor Museum is located in Solsberry, Ind. and boasts 120 unique scultptures by over 80 artists. Although visitors are more common in summer months, the trails are open year-round from 10 a.m. until sun down. Founding Director, Gerry Masse said the museum has been able to operate on grants, though next year, the museum will not receive two grants it normally receives. Donations can be made at the trail through the donation box, or online. If sufficient funds are not raised, the lack could result in programs being shut down, although the museum itself will never close, said Masse. “We want to raise at least $5,000 before the end of the year, we want to secure 2017,” he said.
