Jasonville puts together ordinance on sexually oriented businesses

JASONVILLE ---- An ordinance relating to sexually oriented businesses was introduced at the Jasonville City Council meeting Monday. Mayor Dorman Clark told the council that anytime an ordinance is proposed it is usually a two-to-three month process. Attorney General's office asks for review of D'Paffo case

The Indiana Attorney General's office will ask the Indiana Supreme Court to review the recent reversal of a conviction of child molesting by the Indiana Court of Appeals. Angelo D'Paffo had been convicted in May 1999 of molesting a 10-year-old girl.
