Attorney General petitions Supreme Court in D'Paffo case

The Indiana Attorney General's Office has filed a petition for transfer to the Indiana Supreme Court in regards to the reversal of the conviction of Angelo D'Paffo. Angelo D'Paffo had been convicted in May 1999 of molesting a 10-year-old girl. The Indiana Court of Appeals on June 5 reversed the conviction stating the instructions read to the jury at his trial were not the correct instructions...
