Worthington business destroyed by fire; home damaged

WORTHINGTON ---- An early morning fire leveled an old Worthington building owned by Griffin Engineering Division Southern Indiana Machine Co., Inc. A nearby home also was damaged by the heat and flames. Jeff Stahl, fire chief of the Worthington Volunteer Fire Department, said his department received the call just after midnight ---- 12:10 a.m. ---- today.
