Residents voice concerns about quality of water

WORTHINGTON---- Approximately 144 concerned citizens attended the meeting at the Worthington Community Center Monday evening to discuss and ask questions regarding the installation of water lines west of Worthington. Due to high levels of bacteria, many residents in Jefferson, Smith, Fairplay and Grant Townships have had to drill as many as three wells in order to get quality water, while others are buying bottled water or installing expensive filtering systems...
