Gillenwater convicted on battery charge

Bradley J. Gillenwater of Bloomfield was convicted of battery resulting in bodily injury, a class A misdemeanor, in Greene Superior Court on Friday. Gillenwater was charged April 10 with battery resulting in bodily injury and disorderly conduct. However, on Nov. 1, the state (Greene County Prosecutor's office) had asked that the disorderly conduct charge be dismissed. According to court documents, the state did "not wish to pursue this at trial."...
