BLOOMFIELD ---- A Jasonville man has been charged with fraud, a class D felony; theft, a class D felony; and false reporting, a class A misdemeanor. Todd A. Greene, 33, was charged in Greene Superior Court on Friday. According to a probable cause report filed by Mark Clephane of the Indiana State Police, Greene reported a boat stolen in November 1999.
