Firemen battle heat, grease fire in Lyons

Firefighters had to battle a fire plus the 90-plus degree heat Thursday after some grease caught fire in a Lyons apartment. Linton stations hit hard by drive-offs

Two Linton gas stations/convenience stores are apparently considered an "easy target" to thieves, as they have had 23 drive-offs ---- when someone pumps gas into their vehicle then drives away without paying ---- in the past three months.
