Serino found guilty on all counts of child molesting

A former psychiatrist with the Greene-Sullivan Special Education Co-op was found guilty by Owen Circuit Court Judge Frank Nardi on Thursday. Stephen Serino, 38, had waived his right to a jury trial and instead had a bench trial with Judge Nardi. Serino was found guilty of six counts of child molesting and two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor. ...
