Newton and Phipps named Region VI All-Stars

Linton senior football players Josh Newton and Alex Phipps have both been named as Region VI All-Stars in a vote taken by members of the Indiana Football Coaches Association last week. All players from Region VI are eligible, no matter what class. Newton, a 5-7, 150 running back and defensive back, was named as a free safety.
