Last month, the Bloomfield Town Council passed an ordinance that will adjust parking meter fees and make it harder for people to utilize the meters all day. Currently, the meters allow three hours of parking for 25 cents and one hour of parking for 10 cents. The meters will be set up to allow for a maximum of four hours of time.
