Carnival trails behind 4-H Fair

Kids of all ages who missed the carnival at this year's 4-H Fair can ride all they want the rest of this week for $10 a night. Fiesta Rides will be set up at the Greene County 4-H Fairgrounds today, Friday and Saturday nights from 6-10 p.m. Owner Betty Fike said a $10 admission each night will allow carnival goers to ride as much as they want during carnival hours...

Caregiver takes advantage of elderly woman

The caregiver for a 91-year-old Linton woman fraudulently obtained a Schedule III substance, using the woman's name and checkbook. A warrant was issued for Kimberly Worley, 37, Carlisle, charging her with obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, forgery or deceit, in addition to theft. Both are Class D felonies punishable by six months to three years incarceration and a maximum $10,000 fine...
