Bertchel James Helton Jr., Bloomfield, was found to be in violation of his probation and ordered Tuesday to serve the remainder of his sentence with the Indiana Department of Corrections. Helton admitted in Greene Circuit Court Tuesday that he'd violated the terms and conditions of his probation. His original sentence was for four years in prison, with one year suspended.
