Bernard "Bernie" R. Hansford, 85, of Bloomfield, passed away 1:06 p.m. Saturday, October 27, 2007 at Bloomington Hospital. Born June 5, 1922 in Bloomfield. He was the son of Ruel and Dessie (Townsend) Hansford. He worked for Williams IGA in Bloomfield before going to Whites Grocery store in Bloomfield in 1971 where he retired as manager in 2002 after 31 years of service. ...
