Indiana State Police, CPS investigating the death of Dugger infant

DUGGER -- The death of a three-month-old Dugger infant is currently being investigated by Indiana State Police and the Sullivan County Child Protective Services (CPS). The victim is identified as Bradley M. Wilson, the son of April Monroe and Justin Wilson, who live at 7565 E. Laughlin Street in Dugger.
