Charles William Floyd, 82, of Bloomington, In., passed away at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2007 at Bloomington Hospital. Born on Aug. 16, 1925 in Bloomfield, he was the son of Iver Wendell and Pearl (Flater) Floyd. He was a lather in the construction industry for 25 years working on buildings including the Indiana University Library, Musical Arts center, and the Indiana Memorial Union.
