New water rates in Newberry effective in February

Although the Newberry Town Council recently passed an updated water ordinance, town residents will not be affected by its water rate increase until February of 2008. Local art show set for Saturday at fairgrounds

At least 30 area artists are expected to exhibit their work at the 5th annual Greene County Art Show this Saturday. The show will be open to the public from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. at the Greene County Fairgrounds east of Switz City on State Road 54.
