Sheriff given permission to buy 'program' vehicle by county council

Greene County Sheriff Terry Pierce was given permission Monday afternoon by the County Council to purchase a used "program" four-wheel drive sports utility vehicle (SUV) to replace a similar vehicle that was earlier wrecked.
