Just two blocks from my home in Linton, and right across from the school on NE H St., a young dog is barely hanging on to life. I'm not certain why he still lives. Maybe his will is strong or his body just refuses to give up. Whatever the reason, his days may be numbered. This particular dog is fairly large and appears to be of mixed breeding. He does sport a beautiful brindle coat and big brown eyes...
