Carl M. Strosnider of Bloomington passed away at his residence early Saturday morning, Dec. 29, 2007. He was 71. He was born Jan. 20, 1936 in Bloomfield to Virgil and Mildred Busby Strosnider. He graduated from Lyons High School in 1955 and then went on to serve his country from 1956 until 1959 in the Army.
