Collenbaugh investigation complete; unpaid suspension lifted

The investigation into actions by Linton Police Department Det. Duane Collenbaugh and the placement of a video of him on a popular Internet site using a Taser weapon on a high school student is complete. In short, Collenbaugh, a nine-year department veteran, has been exonerated of any wrongdoing other than improperly using his Taser weapon by deploying it into an 18-year-old Linton-Stockton High School student as part of a video that was used for a Senior Skit Day project in December.
