LPD chief warns of upswing in metal thefts

Linton's police chief is warning residents to be on the lookout for metal thieves. "Citizens need to keep an eye open and help us out," explained LPD Chief Troy Jerrell. Work progressing on Bloomfield pool repairs

Only a few more small hurdles stand in the way of the facility's long-awaited opening, but volunteers are still needed to help out.
