Judge schedules change of plea, sentencing hearing in Lehman case (01/14/09)
A pretrial hearing in the case of W. Jeffrey Lehman scheduled for Wednesday afternoon in Greene Circuit Court was canceled late Tuesday. The date for the hearing was set immediately after Lehman's trial ended in a mistrial in December. The mistrial was declared by Special Judge P. J.
