A man's attempt to collect a $25 debt has led to a warrant for his arrest for intimidation and residential entry. On Jan. 24, Cecil E. Gallen allegedly entered the Solsberry home of Andrew Rippy to collect the cash when the incident occurred. The Indiana State Police at the Bloomington Post has recognized several local troopers for their service to the department. The awards were presented by Lieutenant Paul Bucher, Commander of the Bloomington Post.
