Media Five Sports, a division of Media Five Corporation in Vincennes, has announced an agreement with WQTY Radio (93.3 FM, Linton) to produce approximately 100 high school sporting events in Greene County next season. Children's food program serves 404 meals in two weeks

The children's summer food program in Linton has kicked off to a flying start. Diane Rodriguez, who serves as the site supervisor, said that 404 meals were served during the first two weeks of the program at Humphreys Park. Potential jail break uncovered; criminal charges filed

Criminal charges have been filed against two inmates in connection with what Greene County Jail officials are calling an ongoing escape attempt that was discovered last month.
