Mushroom hunters face criminal charges for trespassing; landowner snaps photo with his cell phone

Preliminary charges were filed Thursday against two men, Thomas L. Morrow and Samuel J. Nail, both of whom are accused of "collecting fungi without the consent of landowner." According to probable cause affidavits written by Indiana Conservation Officer Gregory B. Swanson, both men were allegedly found trespassing on April 23 on property owned by Leroy Patton. The land was said to be very well marked with "No Trespassing" signs...
