Vincent Tyrone Carter of Linton appeared in Greene Superior Court on Monday, pled guilty to the crimes of child solicitation and furnishing alcoholic beverages to minors and was sentenced to four and one-half years in prison. The sentences handed down by Judge Dena Martin gave Carter the maximum amount of time behind bars that is allowed by Indiana law plus extra time for being an habitual felony offender... -
