After spending the last 16 years pacing up and down the sidelines in Glover Gymnasium, veteran boys basketball coach Ron McBride will have a different view at Bloomfield basketball games. Jeffery R. Adams allegedly once bragged to Preston Williams that he (Adams) had never lost a race. He also allegedly left a voice mail message for Williams in which Adams clucked like a chicken and said Williams was scared to race. Adams was the driver of the silver car rumored to have been racing with Williams on a highway in eastern Greene County on the day Williams' car crashed into an oncoming motorcycle. Two people lost their lives...
