He was remanded into the custody of the Greene County Sheriff's Department at the conclusion of an emotionally-charged sentencing hearing that lasted all Thursday morning in front of a packed courtroom. Williams, 20, Bloomington, pled guilty to two counts of class C felony reckless homicide for the tragic deaths of Jessica Allman and Jerry Marker in a head-on crash in eastern Greene County in May. After a stream of testimony by witnesses from both sides of the aisle, Circuit Court Judge Erik C. Allen sentenced Williams to seven years in prison, with two years suspended, on each of the two counts. The judge specified that the sentences are to be served
