We need to pat some people on the back for doing a good job in keeping their community at the forefront of their thoughts. Too many homes in Bloomfield are not properly marked, and that concerns the council and Bloomfield Police Department. In case of an emergency, the council and BPD -- and other emergency personnel -- understand that time is important...
