Scotland home burns early Tuesday

Man enjoys his Milk Duds as he 'shops' at Pamida

A 28-year-old Bloomfield man, Michael J. Adams, was arrested and booked in to the Greene County Jail on Dec. 22 for an alleged theft at the Pamida store -- he picked up a box of Milk Duds and was eating them in the store while he "shopped" and allegedly picked up a number of other items...

Sichting's contract extended to June 2012

Several personnel items were approved during the Tuesday meeting of the Bloomfield School Board. Superintendent Dan Sichting's contract was extended from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012 for a total of 260 days.
