Jones to lead Hoosier mayors

Jeff Adams sentenced

Before Jeff Adams was sentenced, for aiding in reckless homicide in the death of Jerry Marker, during a hearing in Greene Circuit Court on Wednesday morning, he told the court he regretted what happened. But he maintained he was not racing when a fiery crash claimed the lives of two people. Both he and his wife testified that he's had trouble sleeping since the accident. "It's been a nightmare for me," said Adams. But then a representative of the Marker family, which includes Marker's three children and their mother, took the stand with another perspective on what constitutes a nightmare.
