THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN INDIANAPOLIS HAS ISSUED A HEAT ADVISORY, WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM TO 8 PM EDT WEDNESDAY. HIGH TEMPERATURE IS EXPECTED IN THE LOW TO MID 90S WITH HEAT INDEXES AROUND 100 DEGREES.
