These photos were taken Wednesday near Dugger. http://gcdailyworld.com/gallery/6091/ According to Cher Goodwin with the Indiana Department of Transportation, S.R. 54 west of Dugger will close Saturday morning. It could remain closed for up to five days. As of 4 p.m. on Thursday, the dragline was located a mile west of Dugger, and about a mile north of S.R. 54. -
