Wanda Joan Stephen, 76, of Solsberry, passed away at 11a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 29, 2010 at Bloomington Hospital. She was born Jan. 7, 1934 in Indianapolis, the daughter of John R. and Vivian (Ames) Osborne. Wanda retired from RCA in Bloomington where she worked as an inspector. She was a member of the Solsberry Order of Eastern Star # 547 and the Solsberry Christian Church...
