Frank Richard Rankins went home to be with his loving Savior on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at the age of 86. He was born on August 3, 1924. He went quietly in his sleep, due to complications from Parkinson's Disease. Frank proudly served in the Army during WWII in which he fought in the Battle of the Ryukus, also known as Okinawa, in which he earned several ribbons, medals and the Bronze Star. After having served in the South Pacific, he was honorably discharged in 1946...
