WORTHINGTON --The Worthington Town Council rung in year 2011 with a special organizational meeting Saturday morning. Two councilmen -- one a veteran and the other a rookie -- were administered oaths of office by clerk-treasurer Gloria Klass. Mackey Stahl was sworn in to a council seat for a sixth term along with newcomer Brent Sparks. Both were elected in May. Stahl is starting his third term of his second stint as a councilman. His first stint on the council lasted for 12 years, 1984-96.
