Tanker truck overturns on State Road 45

A semi tractor trailer that overturned on State Road 45 caused more traffic problems than damages or injuries during the Monday morning commute. Robert A. Brisentine, 60, of Bloomfield, was driving a semi tractor/tanker combination when he drove off the roadway onto the soft shoulder of State Road 45 near County Road 250 South during the Monday morning hours, Sgt. Curt Durnil, Indiana State Police Bloomington Post public information officer, told the Greene County Daily World.

If you plan on speaking at a Greene County Commissioner's public meeting, you are requested to step up to a podium, identify yourself and limit your comments to three minutes. On Monday, the commissioners passed a procedural motion made by District 3 Commissioner Rick Graves that will require anyone on the agenda or otherwise who desires to speak at a commissioner's meeting to first come to the podium -- located in the front of the meeting room, identify themselves by name and address before making comments or a presentation. ...

Born Aug. 22, 1952 in Muncie, he was the son of Charlie Benton and June Irene Orianna (Thompson) Richardson. He was a computer technician for the Bloomfield Library and Eastern Greene Schools. Bobby Patterson found dead of natural causes

Robert C. "Bobby" Patterson died on Monday evening in his home in Lyons at the age of 64. Greene County Coroner Sherri Wilson ruled the death was due to natural causes. Wilson said there were no signs of foul play and no signs that the death was due to anything other than natural causes...
