No cash from Kentucky firm puts Worthington officials back in court

Just when Worthington town officials thought a five-year-old lawsuit against a Kentucky-based computer software company was settled -- a new problem has cropped up. No cash has been received. Data Design, Inc. of Richmond, Ky. signed an out of court settlement agreement with the town on June 8, which was presumed to end the town's pursuit of compensation for breach of contract that dates back to the original filing of a lawsuit in 2006...
