Several items were on the agenda for the October Sandborn Town Council meeting. One of the first items brought before the board was the third reading of the 2013 budget in which the board unanimously approved. Tuesday, Oct. 16 Lyons Senior Center will host the Country Travelers Band from 5 to 8 p.m. A dinner of beans and cornbread will be available by donation only.
